
1. 5×1 snatch – I practiced at 95lbs, the movement is feeling so much better.
2. 3×2 snatch pull. I used 115lbs
3. 3×2 FS – I used 155#. Heavy but solid. I also went for a heavy single before this as I missed it a few days ago due to wrist pain and I got to 175lbs.
4. 3×5 negative handstand push ups. Much more controlled than previously. I also plan on doing some more Kipling HSPU with full rom and rowing later on.
